Information about our club

It is important to us that you enjoy your membership of “Wilsden Squash Club”.

In order that you do so, here are some bits of information that will help to introduce you to the club and the few simple rules that all organisations such as ours exist by.

The club is run by a small committee who meet once a month. Their job is to manage the running of the club and its various activities. Any member is welcome to attend these meetings at any time. There is an Annual General Meeting held in May. Members of the committee can be approached at any time should there be anything you need to find out about.

As well as the main aim of playing squash and Racquetball , there are also several social events throughout the year to which members’ family and friends are welcome.

There may be some odd occasions when members’ assistance is requested for odd jobs about the club premises. However, this is a very rare occurrence nowadays and will only be sought in extreme circumstances

The bar is open from 7:00pm until 10:00pm every weekday, except Public Holidays. Available over the bar are soft and alcoholic drinks, curries(after play has ended), soaps, shampoos, towel loans(for those who forget their own), as well as squash supplies including squash balls, wrist bands, grips, resin pads, light tokens and booking stickers.

Our club has an open door policy and caters for members and guests of all ages and abilities. Whenever you decide to take a step into the club you will be sure of a warm friendly greeting. We continually strive to improve our facilities and services and our aim is simply to do all that we can to make sure every visit you make to the club is as pleasurable as possible.
